You really feel like a demo-god in Act 2. Your story isn’t tied to the morality or concerns of others. It also fits the story better imo, because YOU are Godwoken. Overall, I prefer solo because it’s nice to do AOE and combos without thinking about things. It seems that people play single party lone wolf for the fun of it. It seems that lone wolf is meant to be played with a party of two, I think the information out there about this is a bit confusing, so I was unsure. It seemed that I had some misunderstanding of the Lone Wolf mechanics. However, the discussions online that I have seen seems to suggest that both are viable and fun options to play (however, tends to be easier than a classic four person team). I do not understand how the game can be balanced if going single lone wolf and two-person lone wolf can be viable playthrough options because it seems like either the former should be vastly underpowered (even with the lone wolf perks) or the later is vastly OP. If I go in fully solo vs I have two members in the party, is there any trade-off? Because if not, having a two member party should be just be straight-up twice as effective as a single lone wolf, right? I generally understand the talking points but I do not understand the trade-off between having a single lone wolf and two.
