You’ll have to “follow” paintings here, which represent memories, in the correct order. You can either LEAVE or LISTEN TO THE PROPOSAL. Enter the painting portal on the far left where you’ll encounter an old familiar face. + Character trait: Emma’s vulnerability to Conviction. When done, enter into the new painting portal, where you can chat with Emma.
You’ll know you’ll have it correct when a cutscene begins.
Mortimer, Elizabeth, Holm, Wollner, Sarah, Luis, Emily, Emma. Then press X to enter a model manipulation mode, where you need to drag-and-drop rearrange them according to their affinity. Speak to the Hillsborrow twin sisters to determine which one is Emma and which one is Emily (Emily is on the right Emma on the left).
Go through and you’ll find a line-up of the characters. You can enter the painting in the alcove behind Wollner. You’ll be in a mirror world as projected by Holm. I suppose you can equip the three remaining manuscripts for +1 in Vigilance, +1 in Cyropedia, and +1 in all skills. Now we've pretty much sided with Mortimer, but will we agree to his project? VOTE FOR or VOTE AGAINST. + Manuscript: “Cyropedia” (+1 in Conviction). You might find that your manuscript inventory is missing two entries: this is because those two are specific to the two classes we didn't choose at the start of the game. Just before going in, you’ll find a book on a sofa to the right. Now you can move around the room with freedom, head to the narrow corridor at the end. Return to the mansion and back into the Dining Room. + Manuscript: “Al Azif” (+1 in all skills). Directly head forward and just before you venture to the right, you’ll find some inspectable luggage, which clues you in on why Wollner had been outside. Exit out of the mansion into the Forecourt and continue to the Pier. That’s not the only book that is now available, however. + Manuscript: “Hunting Book” (+1 in Vigilance). In the Small Salon you’ll find a new manuscript next to the large vases under the bookshelves. Before reporting your success to Mortimer, head back down to the ground floor. With the most difficult member of the conference convinced, you’ll return to your real body. > He has already had dealings with people above us. > Holm lied to us, he only serves his own interests. You’ll automatically take possession of him and find yourself back in the Dining Room. Holm and Wollner are here, but they will only speak with Godoy, so head back upstairs and enter Godoy’s Room. Exit and go down the stairs, and into the Dining Room. + Character trait: Godoy’s vulnerability to Manipulation. > Pretend that everything was as planned. Head down the corridor into Godoy’s room. First up, stop by Washington’s room.Įnter Piaggi’s room next, since he’s nearby. We need to visit every conference member in order to secure their vote. + Manuscript: “Dangerous Liaisons” (+1 in Manipulation unusable since we’re at max level). Immediately, you’ll be able to grab a manuscript from the table in front of you. Will the dead that roam the manor engulf Aya? Will she cower and escape the mansion with the family assistant, Maria? Or will she carry on and save her father, realizing that she has made a drastic mistake that cannot be undone.Exit to the second-floor apartments.
